What is bloody service means to you?

I have not seen anyone who is more irritating that ANDY ONG! I have no grudges with him but he is becoming more and more....I can't find a word. He think he has a "back mountain" and so he can say and do anything that he likes?

Although I'm not outside the showcase for this month, I can see what he is doing when I'm inside the office. At times, I came out to help, I will see him doing all those nonsense.

This is an email from him to everyone:

Dear all,

Just a gender reminder to everyone, when doing service with customer please do not talk to your colleague something is not about the work (ex: go for lunch, go for shopping), this is to show that you are not respect the customer and you don't care about the customer who just standing in front of you and wait for you to finish talking.

just imagine if you go to a retail shop and the person in-charge just talk to each other and look like not interest to serve you, how is your feeling about to shopping?

Is there a very difficult to said good afternoon, good evening,thank you,good bye, to the customer???

Wish you happy chinese new year and enjoy the holiday..

What does he mean by "Is there a very difficult to said good afternoon, good evening,thank you,good bye, to the customer???" It's so insulting. When he said that, he sounded like we never say anything at all. I actually wanted to choose to ignore but everyone seem to be complaining and so I decided my counter attack. If he know how to write email, I can write an even better email than him. Anyway, his English SUCKS.

This is my counter attack:

Hi,
I have to agree to a certain extend.
It is not difficult to say all those greetings to the customer but did he ASSUME that we DID NOT say to the distributors?

Did he show and give everyone a good example what a senior should do? Yes, you did mention to me that you want him to be more mobile and not sitting on his chair all the time BUT did he do his things at the RIGHT time?

I'm not the only one who observed this but EVERYONE see it for themselves.

1st:
He was packing his own things when there was Q infront of him. Shouldn't he be serving the distributor instead of doing his own things? Even if he need to top up the invenotory, he can always do it when there was no one around yet he choose to do it when no are people infront of him. He come very early in the morning, I bet he can do it when he come to he showcase.

2nd:
Again, when there was a Q infront of him and yet he went to the SC to check all the stocks, checking if there are anything not stock up. Question is, why should he be doing this when there is a Q? Should he be doing this AFTER he served the customer? Mid of the month there isn't alot alot of people buying products, I am very sure that there will be a time whereby there's no Q and he can do his own things, checking inventory and etc.

I have nothing against him but talking about customer service, we all have a part to play. I might not doing the best way to serve a customer but we have did our best. Although I have not work here for very long, I do have eyes to observe too. Yes, we do talk about other stuffs other than work during working hours but we do it when we are not serving anyone. Do we have to be so rigid?

I didn't wish to stir up any argument but I think we should rise up something that we are not happy about so that we can solve the problem and stop all the unhappiness. We all wish to work in a happy environment, don't we?

Did he send this email just base on ONE occasion?

Another issue...

I don't give a damn that Andy is Randy's friend or whatever. Randy is clearly showing that he is BIAS! Both Kenji & me did the sales report before but did he even send an email and said, "Good accurate reporting" but he sent that message to not only Andy but to those who are in charge. Does he means that the rest of us who did it is not accurate at all? If you want to praise, shouldn't he be praising all of us? $%#$%@$

I was really mad. Last night, Shaun was supposed to do the report but I did it for him instead. I went to check the report that Andy had done for the previous night. THANK GOD! I found he calculated the wrong amount. I used Shaun's email (because I should not be the one doing. Hehe) to send an email to Randy and etc and told them the amount was WRONG!!! Fuck you and your bloody best friend. I purposely send that email to "shoot" both of them because wo bu fu qi. I have told Shaun, if there anything going to happen, just told them, IT'S ME WHO SENT IT and I'm the one who did the report that day.

Randy has been infected with stomach flu a few weeks ago and now he is infected with it again. He said someone who is sick and didn't come to work very often will be a liability to the company. Now he get it, what comes around goes around...

Anyway, tomorrow is Chinese New Year!!
