Anyway here are some new updates.
Last Saturday (2nd Aug), me, zhu & abnn went Tanjong Katong to eat Tian Fu Steamboat. I know I'm suppose to eat go there with the Monz on 25th aug but I felt that I should go there, try it first and report to them if it's worth to go. Hehe.
We went there around 10pm+. There wasn't alot of people around.
As compare to the last time, I felt the variety has reduce or is it me whom has forget how the old menu looks like? Lol.
The most O_O thing was that the appetizer (look at the small little plate that my zhu was eating) cost $2! That's a killer! Lol.
One was scallop base and another is satay. I must admit that the satay base soup was really yummy! Yea, I also noticed as compare to the last time, they have more variety of the base soup now.
Some of the food we ordered for our first round. Stupid Zhu & abnn kept throwing the 'wheels' (lotus) and 'fake abalone' to my satay soup!! Anyway, we have total of 4 rounds of order. We ate for like 2hours plus.
Another plus point was that their prawns are really fresh! I'm so glad that my mouth no longer itch when I eat prawn.
Our master egg trying to show us how to cook egg using the erm... That thing you used to take your food. Lol. He was using the one with holes at the bottom so me and zhu were teasing at him and told him that the egg white will definitely went through those holes.
He really surpised us with his terrific skills. Lol. The egg turned out to be so perfect. After that I wanted to prove to him that my method will be better. So I tried to cook it with the thing, you know that thing to take your food (lol) but this time, mine is the one without holes at the bottom. End up the egg was really in a messy! Too bad I didn't take a picture of it. Zhu's turn out to be crap too. LOL.
Oh yea, to add on to the 'egg story', when we ordered for the egg, the waitress asked us how many we want and I answered, "three!" Then she was like giving us those funny reaction. Hmmm.. What's so funny?

We are the last customer to leave and we are off to watch 'Money no enough 2'.

Overall, I will give it a 8/10. Thumbs up for the satay base soup & fresh prawns! Oh I forget, the beef is quite fresh too =D
