I have not seen anyone who is more irritating that ANDY ONG! I have no grudges with him but he is becoming more and more....I can't find a word. He think he has a "back mountain" and so he can say and do anything that he likes?

Although I'm not outside the showcase for this month, I can see what he is doing when I'm inside the office. At times, I came out to help, I will see him doing all those nonsense.

just imagine if you go to a retail shop and the person in-charge just talk to each other and look like not interest to serve you, how is your feeling about to shopping?

What does he mean by "Is there a very difficult to said good afternoon, good evening,thank you,good bye, to the customer???" It's so insulting. When he said that, he sounded like we never say anything at all. I actually wanted to choose to ignore but everyone seem to be complaining and so I decided my counter attack. If he know how to write email, I can write an even better email than him. Anyway, his English SUCKS.

I have to agree to a certain extend.
It is not difficult to say all those greetings to the customer but did he ASSUME that we DID NOT say to the distributors?

Did he show and give everyone a good example what a senior should do? Yes, you did mention to me that you want him to be more mobile and not sitting on his chair all the time BUT did he do his things at the RIGHT time?

I'm not the only one who observed this but EVERYONE see it for themselves.

1st:
He was packing his own things when there was Q infront of him. Shouldn't he be serving the distributor instead of doing his own things? Even if he need to top up the invenotory, he can always do it when there was no one around yet he choose to do it when no are people infront of him. He come very early in the morning, I bet he can do it when he come to he showcase.

2nd:
Again, when there was a Q infront of him and yet he went to the SC to check all the stocks, checking if there are anything not stock up. Question is, why should he be doing this when there is a Q? Should he be doing this AFTER he served the customer? Mid of the month there isn't alot alot of people buying products, I am very sure that there will be a time whereby there's no Q and he can do his own things, checking inventory and etc.

I have nothing against him but talking about customer service, we all have a part to play. I might not doing the best way to serve a customer but we have did our best. Although I have not work here for very long, I do have eyes to observe too. Yes, we do talk about other stuffs other than work during working hours but we do it when we are not serving anyone. Do we have to be so rigid?

I didn't wish to stir up any argument but I think we should rise up something that we are not happy about so that we can solve the problem and stop all the unhappiness. We all wish to work in a happy environment, don't we?

Another issue...

I don't give a damn that Andy is Randy's friend or whatever. Randy is clearly showing that he is BIAS! Both Kenji & me did the sales report before but did he even send an email and said, "Good accurate reporting" but he sent that message to not only Andy but to those who are in charge. Does he means that the rest of us who did it is not accurate at all? If you want to praise, shouldn't he be praising all of us? $%#$%@$

I was really mad. Last night, Shaun was supposed to do the report but I did it for him instead. I went to check the report that Andy had done for the previous night. THANK GOD! I found he calculated the wrong amount. I used Shaun's email (because I should not be the one doing. Hehe) to send an email to Randy and etc and told them the amount was WRONG!!! Fuck you and your bloody best friend. I purposely send that email to "shoot" both of them because wo bu fu qi. I have told Shaun, if there anything going to happen, just told them, IT'S ME WHO SENT IT and I'm the one who did the report that day.

Randy has been infected with stomach flu a few weeks ago and now he is infected with it again. He said someone who is sick and didn't come to work very often will be a liability to the company. Now he get it, what comes around goes around...

Anyway, tomorrow is Chinese New Year!!

Small little things like saying, "thank you", "bye bye", "how are you", "are you fine" and etc have been overlook by many people. I guess such words are not hard to say. It's more up to individual. Either they are too stingy with their words or they thought it's understood, they don't have to mention it. People often just take things for granted. *sigh*

Let's don't say about strangers or colleague, sometimes people who are close to you don't even pay attention to that. It can be so disappointing at times.

A simple word, touch and concern means much more than few hundred dollars worth of products, expensive meal or even cuddle toys. BUT who will understand this?

On the happier side....

I have Sakae sushi for lunch yesterday. Thanks Mum! =D

Yesterday was my birthday! I have an enjoyable one. Thanks to Grassy, SPY, Ah Bai, Pauline, Li Ting, Lee Seng, James, Qian Ru and Linghui for the SMS greeting. I'm kinda shocked to received the one from Linghui. Nonetheless, thanks all of you for not forgetting my birthday!! Haha!

Got a birthday treat at Fish & Co from my Da Zhu and another treat from my Papa at Bento box today. Mama will treat me Sakae sushi tomorrow!! Wee!

This morning, I was awoken by the door bell. One uncle came sending me a banquet of flower. The uncle even apologized for disturbing my sleep. Haha.

I used to hate this sentence when Shaun mention it to me once but of cos he doesn't use that on me. Right now, I simply LuRRRVe this sentence because it makes so much sense.

Teck Wee is resigning and so Warehouse is going to lack of manpower AGAIN! So what our friendly head of HR did was to lure and physco Shaun to transfer to the warehouse. FINE! But they tried to argue that that was not the actual reason. It's also they are afraid that if couple works in a same place there will be a lot of friction.

I was like...COME ON LA! If transfer him to the warehouse, he is still in NU SKIN LOR! So what's the difference? If we happen to argue or whatever, everything will still end up the same. They are just giving lame excuse.

By the way, warehouse er... It's not that there's nothing to learn there but there isn't much prospect working. What's more!!! Transferring him to the warehouse is downgrading him la! #$%#$^#$% So don't make the company problem, our problem.

They said they are not forcing him to transfer but they keep asking him to consider. So what's the different? I was a little pissed off and so I sent an email to Ivy, Jean & Randy. Haha.

Well, in the end he still stays. We do have our argument but our work are hardly affected. So don't make your problem our my problem!

Mozilla has been cruel to me. Whatever I type is gone when suddenly my browser close. Well, it happen somethings. So I got nothing to complain about. Thankfully, I have not written alot. Well as you see, I have put up a new layout and move my blog to the main domain.

Alot of things have happen while I'm not blogging but I really don't have the mood and mind to blog about all these. Therefore, more and more things have piled up and it's time to delete all from my brain. I shall begin with something in January. I already can't remember the exact dates. Haha.

All along I believe what Randy said about Richard's resignation. I only woke up when Eris said that Richard was being 'invited home' because he had taken too many MC for that month. To me, it was a very cruel act to someone who has contributed so much to the company. To the real world, it's the right way to handle someone when they are no longer a liability to the company. What a cruel world that we are living in.

Then later in the month, I emailed Randy regarding the RC committee and questioning his ability somehow. Frankly speaking, I wanna withdrawal from the RC is more of because I don't wish to participate in such things because I totally have no interest! Although it gotta do with the people in the RC, it's not really a big issue. I'm just looking for a good opportunity to back out.

Compare to the other DSR in the company, I'm the only one who really dare to question Randy about the useless Rachel and the real reason for Richard's resignation. Well, he told me the truth. Whether it's acceptable or not, it's not up to me to decide. He is honest to tell me but I felt 30% of it is kinda like acting pitiful. =/

Later in the month, I also treat my family for a lunch at Pepper Lunch.









*burp* It's really delicious. =)~

*Fast forward*

I was confirm by Randy and so I'm permanent staff now. Therefore, I will have all the benefits. I got a $200 worth of products from the company. Then I know that I can claim 1 movie ticket every month. Haha. The rest I have yet to explore. Another good news was that I have moved to work inside the office. Haha. It got its good and bad. Good is that I can just sit and work, work and sit but it's alot more work compare to outside but when you are outside, you can talk to those distributor when you're outside. Haha. Since Randy always think so highly of me, I hope he make that place my permanent seat. =P

Another good news is I got paid raised JUST a little bit. Why should I consider it good news? Because I have only work there for 4 months! IF the boss think I deserve the little increment, I must be "wu liao eh ma". Haha.

My birthday is coming!! Too bad I follow Grassy and to put up a list of birthday presents that I wish to get. Even if I put it now, I guess it's too late. Actually, the best present for me will be more time and less work =P

I think I can only see Monz around in March. Don't forget to wish me a super belated birthday hor. If you all can't make it on weekend, then must remember to tell me when you guys are free on weekdays and what date so I have take leave. Singapore beat Thailand! I think watching this match is better than watching the Superstar final. The winning goal that was scored by the no. 19 player was really swee. It's like a sudden that Singapore got some standard to show. Haha.
