It's been decades since I last blog. Lol. Simply just to lazy and nothing interesting to blog at all... Well, just posting some food post which I had made previously. A step by step teaching you how to make a chicken bun. Hee
Step 1: Prepare mushroom, mince chicken and carrots.
Step 2: Mix ingredients with seasonings.
Step 3: Knead dough (I use self rising flour)
Step 4: Cover the dough to let it rise
Step 5: Make the bun (I made some pattern to stick on top of the bun hee)
Step 6: Steam it for about 20-30 mins

Step 7: Complete! (I know it doesn't look really yummy. lol)

Overall I think it taste pretty good, my family felt it too. Haha. But I guess some of the bun the skin is too thick. Next time I will remember to make thinner. Haha!
